Meet Our Founder, Craig Wilson
For over 20 years, my career has been built around one simple belief — challenge events should be more than just well-run; they should create meaningful experiences that genuinely impact people.
I started out as an apprentice outdoor instructor at 18, driven by a passion for the outdoors and a desire to turn that into a career. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of leading and supporting trips across the UK and around the world — experiences that have shaped not only my approach to event delivery, but my understanding of people.
Because for me, this has never just been about mountains, routes, or logistics.
It’s about people.
Throughout my career — across adventure travel, outdoor education, and event management — I’ve seen first-hand the impact that well-designed experiences can have. The confidence built, the resilience developed, and the shift in mindset when someone realises they’re capable of more than they thought.
That’s what drives me.

Along the way, I’ve developed extensive expertise in health and safety, producing event safety plans that meet the standards of local authorities and leading corporate advisory groups. I’ve worked with a wide range of organisations — from local hospices to nationally recognised charities and corporate teams — helping them deliver challenge events that are safe, engaging, and professionally executed.
But technical expertise is only part of the picture.
The real value comes from creating environments where people can step outside their comfort zones with confidence — where they feel supported, challenged, and able to succeed. That balance between challenge and safety is where the most powerful experiences happen.
